Concord Hall features 69 fully-furnished, single-occupancy rooms located on the second and third floors. Rooms are outfitted with air-conditioning, microwave, refrigerator, and Ethernet and wireless Internet access. Though students are required to bring their own televisions, rooms are cable-ready. Both the second and third floors offer coin-operated washers and dryers. Each wing of the dormitory has a bathroom shared by the residents of that wing.
Male and female students are housed separately by floor or wing.
The first floor of Concord Hall features the Concord Commons, a student lounge with a big-screen television and foosball table. Vending machines are located in the lobby.
Campus Safety, Student Bar Association, Moot Court Honor Society, and Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society offices are all housed on the first floor of Concord Hall.
