Juris Doctor/Master of Business Administration (Delaware)

Delaware Law and Widener University School of Business Administration are collaborating to offer a juris doctor/master of business administration (JD/MBA). If you’re interested in business or corporate law, this dual degree program might be exactly what you’re looking for. It allows students to simultaneously pursue graduate education in both law and business.

Admission

In order to qualify for the dual degree program, you must qualify for and apply for admission to both Delaware Law and Widener School of Business Administration. Students seeking admission are required to take both the LSAT and GMAT.

If you are a full-time, matriculated student at Delaware Law, you may apply for the JD/MBA program any time up until your third semester or your fourth semester if you are a part-time student.

Degree Requirements

The JD/MBA program requires credits be earned from both the Law School and the business school’s core programs, with some of the business credits counting towards the JD as electives and some of the law credits counting toward the MBA.
