Delaware Law maintains two residence halls on campus: Concord Hall and Shipley Hall with 150 single-occupancy rooms between them. Rooms are fully furnished and air-conditioned. Male and female students are housed separately by floor or wing.
The campus also offers 24 furnished one- and two-bedroom townhouses. Law students who reside in the townhouses choose their own roommates.
Note: Neither pets nor smoking are permitted in an on-campus residence.
Our attractive campus features 24-hour security and well-lit, safe parking. The campus is conveniently located, with easy access to I-95 and within walking distance of the Concord Mall, supermarkets, hotels, banks, and numerous restaurants. (Northern Delaware offers many diverse social and cultural opportunities.)<UPDATE LINK>
