Delaware Law’s three-year program is designed for full-time students who can attend classes during the day. If you opt to earn your juris doctor (JD) in three years, you will attend classes five days a week through the first year.

Degree Requirements

Obtaining a JD degree requires a minimum of 88 credit hours of coursework. The Delaware Law curriculum helps you develop a fundamental understanding of law and the legal process, while giving you opportunities for specialization in a field of your choice with a dual degree or a certificate--with a solid foundation in the values of respect and integrity that undergird the Delaware way of practicing law.
