This online MJ program accommodates the working professional who seeks to improve employment opportunities or to simply keep pace with changing regulatory requirements. The program requires 29 credit hours of coursework and can be completed in two academic years.
During the capstone course, students work through simulations to resolve compliance issues and mock exam questions for the Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) certification exam.
Award Winning is it the program or the school that is accredited?
SCCE awarded Delaware Law the 7th Annual International Compliance Award for its exceptional work to further the compliance and ethics profession. We were specifically recognized for achievements in academic development promoting the profession of compliance and ethics, technology focused on assisting compliance professionals, and development of programs focused on integrity and ethical behaviors.
Delaware Law is the first CCB-accredited law school to offer a MJ with a specialization in corporate and business law with a concentration in regulatory analysis and compliance. Career professionals benefiting from such training include corporate managers, compliance officers, risk managers, audit managers, and government and agency officials as well as those who seek positions in corporate-related fields. In response to the growing need for trained graduates in corporate and business law, Delaware Law has created three program tracks in business and regulatory compliance areas.
The MJ program makes every effort to afford interested students with a corporate and business law externship. Externships are open to students who have successfully completed their first-year courses. They offer a great opportunity to gain practical skills training while earning credits toward graduation.
The tuition for the 2015-2016 academic year is $1,024 per credit*. Financial aid is available for qualified students. (*Subject to change.)
