Housing

Delaware Law’s campus maintains two residence halls, Concord Hall and Shipley Hall, with 150 single- occupancy rooms combined. The campus also offers 24 furnished one- and two-bedroom townhouses. Residence hall rooms are fully furnished and air-conditioned. Male and female students are housed separately, either by floor or wing. Townhouse residences are open only to law students and their spouses. Students living in townhouses are allowed to choose their own roommates. Please note that pets and smoking are not permitted in any on-campus residence.

Students interested in off-campus housing should visit the many reasonably priced apartment complexes in the area. Information regarding off-campus housing may be obtained from the Admissions Office.
